The heart behind the experience
A vision for
the whole person.
UNPLUG was created to challenge how people think about themselves, their work, and the lives they're building. Now in its sixth year, the experience continues to make room for the person behind the profession.
BATTLEFIELD reflects that conviction: we cannot control every circumstance, but we are not without choices. Through connection, honest reflection, and practical strategy, we can recognize the assets and opportunities already within reach.

Faith is foundational to the founder and the way UNPLUG is created. That foundation shapes an experience grounded in purpose, possibility, and care for the whole person.
You do not need to share a religious identity to attend. BATTLEFIELD welcomes men and women from different backgrounds who are navigating change, questioning expectations, or seeking greater intentionality in their lives.
